Profil, FIDE ID, doğum yılı, puanlar, turnuva geçmişi ve tercihler cihazında saklanır. Hesap açma, reklam, takip, analitik veya otomatik bulut eşitlemesi yoktur. Uygulama konum, kamera, mikrofon, rehber veya T.C. kimlik numarası istemez.
İnternet sorguları isteğe bağlıdır. Chess-Results için aradığın ad/FIDE ID veya turnuva bağlantısı; TSF için soyad ve sonuç filtresi olarak ad; FIDE için FIDE ID, tempo ve liste dönemi veri servisine gönderilir. Servis ilgili kaynağı sorgular. Servis Render üzerinde barındırılır; FIDE ve TSF istekleri Cloudflare üzerinden ilgili kaynağa iletilebilir. Kaynak sonuçları kamuya açık oyuncu adı, doğum yılı, puan ve oyun bilgileri içerebilir. Başka oyuncuların kayıtları da aranabilir; kendin olduğunu varsaymayız.
İstekler HTTPS üzerinden yapılır. IP adresi kötüye kullanımı sınırlamak için geçici olarak işlenir; uygulamanın hız sınırı kayıtları yaklaşık bir dakika, FIDE sorgu önbelleği yaklaşık 15 dakika bellekte tutulur. FIDE’nin kamuya açık sıkıştırılmış puan listeleri bellekte bir saate kadar önbelleğe alınabilir. Sunucu kişisel hesaplama geçmişi veya profil yedeği saklamaz. Barındırma sağlayıcısı güvenlik/erişim kayıtlarını kendi koşullarına göre işleyebilir; bu kayıtlarda sorgu metni ve kişisel veri saklanmaması gerekir.
Hata, görüş ve öneriler floppatechcorp@gmail.com adresine kendi e-posta uygulamandan gönderilir. E-posta adresin, yazdığın metin ve kendin eklediğin ekler e-posta sağlayıcısı tarafından işlenir. Teknik bilgiler varsayılan kapalıdır; seçersen yalnız sürüm, platform, dil ve tema eklenir. Profil ve geçmiş otomatik eklenmez. Destek yazışmaları talep çözüldükten sonra en fazla 90 gün tutulur; gerekli yasal saklama yükümlülükleri saklıdır.
Paylaşım ve PDF/PNG rapor kaydı yalnız seçiminle yapılır. PNG raporu Fotoğraflar’a/galeriye kaydetmek için yalnız fotoğraf ekleme izni gerektiğinde istenir; mevcut fotoğrafların okunmaz. Fotoğraflar’a kaydettiğin kopyaları Fotoğraflar/galeri uygulamasından ayrıca silmelisin. Bu dosyalar oyuncu adı ve turnuva verilerini içerir. Paylaştığın uygulama veya alıcı kendi gizlilik koşullarını uygular. Uygulama içindeki silme işlemi dışarıya kaydettiğin veya başkasına gönderdiğin kopyaları silemez.
Ayarlar → Yerel verileri sil ile cihazdaki profil, hesap geçmişi ve uygulamanın rapor dosyalarını silebilirsin. İşletim sisteminin cihaz yedeklemesi ayrıca geçerli olabilir. Destek yazışmalarının silinmesi veya veriyle ilgili talepler için destek adresine yaz; kimlik numarası veya şifre gönderme.
Uygulama çocuklara özel sosyal hizmet veya Kids Category ürünü değildir; mesajlaşma, reklam ve kullanıcılar arası paylaşım hizmeti sunmaz. Çocuklar profil ve dış kaynak sorgularını veli rehberliğiyle kullanmalıdır. Gizlilik değişiklikleri bu sayfada tarih güncellenerek yayımlanır. Your profile, FIDE ID, year of birth, ratings, tournament history and preferences are stored on your device. There are no accounts, ads, tracking, analytics or automatic cloud sync. The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts or Turkish national identity numbers.
Online lookups are optional. Your searched name/FIDE ID or tournament link is sent to the data service for Chess-Results; surname and a first-name result filter for TSF; FIDE ID, time control and rating period for FIDE. The service queries the relevant source. The service is hosted on Render; FIDE and TSF requests may be relayed to the respective source through Cloudflare. Results may include public player names, birth years, ratings and games. You can search other players; we do not assume a searched player is you.
Requests use HTTPS. IP addresses are processed temporarily to limit abuse; in-app server rate-limit records remain in memory for approximately one minute and FIDE query results for approximately 15 minutes. Public compressed FIDE rating lists may be cached in memory for up to one hour. The server does not store your calculation history or profile backup. The hosting provider may process security/access logs under its own terms; query text and personal data must be excluded from those logs.
You send bug reports, feedback and suggestions to floppatechcorp@gmail.com using your own email app. Your email address, message and any attachments you add are processed by the email provider. Technical details are off by default; if enabled, only version, platform, language and theme are added. Profile and history are not attached automatically. Support correspondence is kept for up to 90 days after resolution, subject to necessary legal retention obligations.
PDF/PNG reports and sharing are initiated only by you. Saving PNG reports to Photos/the gallery requests permission only to add photos when needed; your existing photos are not read. Delete saved photo copies separately in Photos/your gallery. These files include player names and tournament data. Your selected recipient or app applies its own privacy terms. Deleting data in this app cannot delete copies you exported or sent elsewhere.
Use Settings → Delete local data to remove the on-device profile, calculation history and app report files. Operating-system device backups may apply separately. Contact support for deletion of support correspondence or other data requests; do not send identity numbers or passwords.
The app is not a child-specific social service or a Kids Category product and provides no messaging, ads or user-to-user sharing service. Children should use profiles and external lookups with a parent or guardian. Policy updates are published here with a revised date.
